Own Your Value:

Personal Branding, Communication, and Influence

Start Date: Tuesday, May 19th

from 8:30 pm-9:30 pm EDT

Do you feel like there’s a gap between your talent and how you’re perceived? Do you struggle when someone says, “Tell me about yourself”? Do you want to communicate with confident humility rather than downplay your accomplishments?

You’re not alone, and it’s not about lacking skills. In fact, most participants in this course already have significant experience and valuable expertise. However, even accomplished professionals often have not been taught how to own their value and communicate it in a way that feels authentic, credible, and true to who they are.

This course closes that gap.

Through reflection, discussion, and practical exercises, participants will identify their core strengths, develop a compelling value proposition, and learn how to tell their story in a way that builds trust, creates connection, and leaves a lasting impression. Participants will also learn how to understand and adapt to the needs of different audiences so their message lands with maximum impact.

The course also addresses the internal barriers — including impostor syndrome — that prevent professionals from fully owning and communicating their value. Participants will learn how to move past self-doubt and show up with greater confidence in any setting.

This isn’t about self-promotion. It’s about finally owning who you already are — and communicating it with confidence.

In this course, participants will learn to:

  • Identify and articulate their core strengths with clarity and confidence.

  • Develop a compelling and authentic value proposition.

  • Tell their story in a way that builds trust and credibility.

  • Understand and adapt to the needs of different audiences.

  • Manage impostor syndrome, so it stops holding them back.

  • Communicate with greater influence, presence, and impact.
